Accessing Your Subscription
To manage your subscription:
Go to Workspace Settings
Click "Manage Subscription"
You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout
From there, you can:
✅ Upgrade or Downgrade Plans
✅ Update Payment Information
✅ View & Download Invoices
✅ Cancel Your Subscription
Upgrading & Downgrading
Upgrade to Team Plan
Invite new members → The plan automatically adjusts.
Pro-Rated Billing → You only pay for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
Volume Discounts Available → Contact us for details.
Downgrade to Personal Plan
Remove all additional users → The workspace reverts to Personal.
If you're on Team and want to switch to Personal, remove extra members first.
Trial Expiration
14-Day Trial for new workspaces.
If no payment info is added, all members are moved to Free Plan at the end of the trial.
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your plan:
Click "Manage Subscription"
You’ll be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal
Select Cancel Subscription
🔹 After canceling, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
🔹 Users can switch to Personal if they leave a workspace.
Billing & Payments
💳 Payments Secured by Stripe – Recurring payments are handled safely via Stripe.
📆 Pro-Rated Charges – If a user joins mid-cycle, billing adjusts accordingly.
📜 Invoices Available – Download past invoices from the Stripe portal.
