How to Upgrade
Upgrading to the Team Plan is simple—just invite new members to your workspace:
Go to Workspace Settings
Invite Members to your workspace
Once a member accepts the invitation, your plan quantity increases automatically
✅ Unlimited Members – No limit on team size
✅ Instant Upgrade – The plan adjusts as soon as members join
✅ Pro-Rated Billing – You’re only charged for the remaining days in the billing cycle
Billing & Payment Details
Pro-Rated Billing – If a new member joins mid-month (e.g., March 10), you’ll be billed only for the remaining days (e.g., 20 out of 30 days).
Recurring Payments – Secured through Stripe for seamless billing.
Discounts Available – Volume-based discounts may apply; contact us for details.
Trial Period – Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial. If payment details are added, the plan transitions to a paid Team plan.
How to Downgrade
To return to a Personal Plan:
Remove additional members from the workspace
Once all users are removed, the workspace reverts to Personal
If you cancel your subscription, use "Manage Subscription", which redirects to Stripe Checkout.
If a workspace trial expires without payment info, all members are moved to Free Plan.
If a workspace user leaves, they can choose an individual Personal Plan.
Managing Your Plan
👤 Only Workspace Administrators can invite, remove users, and manage the plan.
💳 Stripe Customer Portal is used for secure subscription cancellations.
🔄 Team to Personal? Remove all additional members OR leave the workspace.
